Physiotherapists

All the physiotherapists that work at Compass Physiotherapy are Health Professions Council (HPC) registered and members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

Sue Taylor MCSP

Before going into private practice, Sue worked as a senior physiotherapist at Southport General Hospital in orthopaedics, outpatients and spinal injuries.

Sue has a wealth of experience in all musculoskeletal disorders, post- operative care and the treatment of neurological conditions, particularly stroke and MS patients.

Stephanie East MCSP

Prior to going in to private practice, Stephanie worked as an extended scope practitioner in rheumatology and other related conditions at the Royal Liverpool Hospital.

She has a wealth of experience in all aspects of physiotherapy including musculoskeletal disorders, rheumatology and whiplash injuries.

Stephanie also has a special interest in acupuncture, which is used to complement the physiotherapy treatment where appropriate.

Stephanie is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).

Elaine McBride MCSP

Elaine works full time as a senior physiotherapist for the NHS. She is experienced in all aspects of physiotherapy but has a special interests in general musculoskeletal conditions.

Elaine Moran MCSP

Elaine is the latest addition to our team.
She is experienced in all aspects of physiotherapy but has a special interest in hydrotherapy.
She also combines her knowledge as a swimming instructor with her physiotherapy skills to help patients return to swimming or indeed learn to swim, whatever their age or disability. The lessons take place in our purpose built facility, already used for our popular hydrotherapy sessions.
